Hi, I'm Matt Farber.

I believe that travel is transformative and helps us all to be better citizens of the world. It's not only how we discover and experience a new place, it's how we discover and learn about ourselves.

I specialize in luxury vacations and active/adventure travel. Prior to becoming a travel advisor, I worked for Backroads Travel for ten years as a tour leader, trip consultant, and travel agency account manager. I escorted luxury biking/hiking itineraries all over the US, Europe, Central/South America, and Asia with a particular focus on high-end, unique experiences. I believe my attention to detail and desire to curate the perfect trip really shines through in the itineraries I plan for clients. On a personal note, I have traveled to 40+ countries, appreciate luxury hotels, and am trying to visit every national park in the US (I've been to 40 so far). When I'm not exploring new destinations to find the best properties and one-of-a-kind experiences, I enjoy movies, teaching bike safety to youth, and going on camping adventures with my wife and our golden retriever, Murphy.
